Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for services purchased from Digital Restaurant.

Before work starts: you may cancel and request a full refund by contacting us before our team begins work on your order.
After work has started: refund requests are reviewed individually, taking into account the work already completed.
After final delivery: because creative work is custom-made, delivered final files are not refundable.

You can cancel a recurring service at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; the current paid period continues until it ends.
To cancel, use your client workspace or email hello@digitalrestaurent.com.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment processor. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.

Please contact us first — revisions included in your package are there to make sure the final result matches your expectations.
